Blossom Children's Center

Get Started

Ready to begin? Follow these simple steps to enroll your child in our evidence-based therapy programs. We're here to support you every step of the way.

Step 1: Initial Contact

Reach out to us by phone, email, or through our online inquiry form. Let us know which location you prefer and what services you're interested in.

Our intake coordinator will answer your initial questions and help you understand what to expect from our services.

We'll verify your insurance coverage and discuss any out-of-pocket costs upfront, so there are no surprises.

Step 2: Complete New Client Forms

You'll receive a secure link to complete our New Client Information packet online. This includes your child's developmental history, current concerns, and insurance information.

If your insurance requires a physician's referral, we'll guide you through obtaining one from your pediatrician or specialist.

Our team will review your forms and contact you if we need any additional information.

Step 3: Initial Assessment

We'll schedule an initial evaluation with one of our licensed clinicians. This assessment helps us understand your child's strengths, challenges, and therapy goals.

For ABA services, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment and develop an individualized treatment plan.

Speech and occupational therapy evaluations are conducted by licensed therapists who specialize in pediatric development.

Step 4: Insurance Authorization

Once the assessment is complete, we'll submit the necessary documentation to your insurance company for authorization.

Our billing team will handle all communication with your insurance provider and keep you updated on the status of your authorization.

Authorization timelines vary by insurance company, typically taking 1-3 weeks. We'll begin services as soon as approval is received.

Step 5: Begin Therapy

Your child will be matched with a dedicated therapist who will implement the individualized treatment plan.

We'll schedule regular sessions at your preferred location or in your home, depending on the service type and your family's needs.

You'll receive ongoing progress updates and have regular meetings with your child's clinical team to review goals and celebrate successes.

Family Partnership

At Blossom, we believe families are essential partners in their child's progress. We provide parent training and support to help you reinforce skills at home.

Our team is always available to answer questions, address concerns, and adjust treatment plans as your child grows and develops.

We're committed to transparent communication and collaborative goal-setting every step of the way.
